The city of Pittsburg has added a new kiosk for residents. The kiosk is called “JACK,” which stands for Justified Automated Collections Kiosk.
It’s a 24/7 system that allows residents to pay their utility bills using cash, check or credit card. The kiosk is at City Hall on fourth street in Pittsburg.
The new kiosk will allow residents to pay their utility bills using cash, check or credit card, and access their account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The kiosk’s voice instructions help customers complete transactions in English or Spanish. This new payment system gives customers a safe, convenient, contactless payment option.
