Job Title: Social and Community Service Manager

    Job Description:

  • Creating and Monitoring community programs to implement solutions and create access to technology
  • Planning Community outreach programs to Government agencies for understanding the policies being planned
  • Building strategy and structures to solve problems of clients using technology, social responsibility for Government offices, aiming it to be more user friendly
  • Forming company policies and best practices on internal as well as external-facing matters based upon the feedback received from the Government
  • Bridging alliances and relationships with municipalities, governments, states, communities, and other businesses on behalf of AdComp.
  • Evaluating client feedback/responses to create new systems and better solutions with respect to their interaction with contracting Governmental Agencies
  • Using the company’s technology solutions to redress and solve socio-economic issues and contribute to the safe exchange of information between the users and Government agencies.
  • Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management of AdComp and its contracting Government Agencies
  • Explain to the software team regarding needs related to payrolls, fund accounting, utility payments, etc. of professional and technical staff members of courthouses and police departments, and city municipalities
  • Evaluate the working of the systems in place with respect to user experience to ensure that programs related to software solutions and payment processing are of appropriate quality and those resources are used effectively
  • Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits and provide direct service and support to government entities such as city administrators, court admins, and law enforcement officers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement departments, courts, and city managers that AdComp has been providing services to, such as the city of Denton and the police departments for seamless functioning of finances such as ticket payments.
  • Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes, such as internal audits, registrations & inspections.
  • Preparing reports related to PCI compliance and other municipality regulations.
  • Communicate with government agencies about their local ordinances and council approvals for programs and solutions provided by the Petitioner.
