The city of Pittsburg has added a new kiosk for residents. The kiosk is called “JACK,” which stands for Justified Automated Collections Kiosk.
It’s a 24/7 system that allows residents to pay their utility bills using cash, check or credit card. The kiosk is at City Hall on fourth street in Pittsburg
