Hot Swap Programs :
AdComp operates an 8000 s.f. ISO Certified Fulfillment and Parts Distribution Facility. Since case resolution, order fulfillment and logistics are all integrated through the AdComp Progress Portal, clients have unfiltered, real-time visibility to areas impacting service and fulfillment.
Order Processing & Spare parts Distribution :
AdComp works with clients to determine the most cost effective approach to case resolution. In some cases, it is more efficient to replace rather than repair parts in the field. Because AdComp has full-time field personnel, we can offer the dependability needed to support a parts exchange program.
Depot Repair & Refurbishment :
Bench repair and refurbishment reduces parts and field repair expense. AdComp offers clients the ability to return parts and components to our repair and refurbishment center for repair and reuse.
Installations & Project Management :
AdComp certified project managers, are experienced in planning and managing significant roll-outs, change-over’s, and installations. Each initiative begins with a detailed scope-of-work and project plan which is then supported with open access to the AdComp Progress Portal.
Site / Web Based Training :
AdComp’s Certified Trainers pass the test. Each program is designed to achieve predetermined levels of competency across the targeted population of program participants. The curriculum includes testing and certification procedures to insure contracted levels of competency.
