Remote Support Service: (NEW)
Adcomp offers Remote Support that lets our staff access your computer or server from our Central Office through an Internet link established between your network and our center. Our technician will then perform work on your computer remotely almost as if the technician were sitting in your office. This remote link permits our technicians to take charge of your computer, and access programs and files, look for problems and resolve the problems remotely

Receive immediate support when you need it. Save time by not having the technician travel to come on-site. Remote maintenance contracts have the added benefit of pro-active maintenance. Save big on pre-paid remote support contracted block of hours.
Non-Plan Remote Support Rate: Each hour of remote computer support .....................$70/hr (minimum one hour)

Plan – 1 -- 10 Hours	$650.00	You Save ($50)
Plan – 2 -- 20 Hours	$1,200.00	You Save ($200)
Plan – 3 -- 40 Hours	$2,200.00	You Save ($600)
Plan – 4 -- 80 Hours	$4,000.00	You Save ($1,600)

Added Benefit: If your business is covered by any of the above remote support plans, you will receive on-site support at a discounted rate of $75.00 per hour for any issues that are not resolved remotely and require onsite technician visit.
