They should be a key factor in consideration apart from the obvious benefits of Cost Arbitrage & Process Improvements. In Understand phase, these business risks are evaluated in good detail in addition to the Functions & Processes of your Organization that need to be Outsourced.
 
Phase 2: Process Migration

During Migration Phase, deeper knowledge of Your Organization’s Functions & Processes is undertaken for their effective mapping, corelations and migration order. Once these are Mapped & Identified for migration, a dedicted execution Team is assigned with supportive technology setup to initiate the step-by-step planned migration of individual processes.

On attaining the required level of expertise and efficiency, the Outsourced Process (or Function) at Client site is phased-out and taken over completely by AdComp OS Team.
