Onsite Support Rates: Our onsite support is geared towards providing quick and efficient resolution of problems at client sites. As low as, $95.00 per hour (Manhattan 96th street and below). No travel time. As low as, $110.00 per hour (all other locations) Travel and trip charge may apply. Customers receive big discounts when they sign up for any of our support plans given below:
Pre-Paid Onsite Business Service Plans
Plan – 1 -- 10 Hours	$900.00 ($90/hr)	You Save ($50)

Our service plans for on-site service are designed for maximizing your network reliability and for minimal downtime. Our package reduces the cost of maintenance for small and medium sized businesses. We provide emergency response time not to exceed 2 hours for critical support issues relating to servers and network issues.
