We offer a flat fee in-workshop repair service rate for desktops and printers. Customers with problems related to operating system errors, viruses and application or configuration errors can get their problems resolved at a flat fee after carrying-in their desktops and printers. Parts, if required, for completing the repairs will be charged to the customer after receiving the customer’s approval for the estimate on the part’s cost.

Laptop repair fee (In-workshop) :

AdComp offers to repair your laptops at the flat service fee of $140.00. If the laptop requires part replacement, the customer will be notified and an estimate will be provided for his approval. If the customer approves the estimate, he will be charged the flat service fee and the part cost. If the customer decides not to go forward with the parts repair then the customer is charged only the repair diagnostic fee of $95.00

Installation services:

All installation services that are not specified are charged at $95.00 per hour.

Data recovery diagnosis and attempt (In-workshop):

Customers looking for Data Recovery Services are provided swift diagnostics (generally within one business day). If the data is recoverable by normal means then the data is copied on a medium selected by the customer and handed to the customer. If the data size is greater than 2Gb then a data transfer fee of $70.00 is charged. We do not charge extra for the media if the data is provided on a single DVDRW or CDRW. If the data is not recoverable by normal methods the customer is given the option of sending the disk to a “data recovery center” or “clean room” facility.

Onsite Business Consultancy Services :

AdComp provides business consultancy in several areas of expertise. Advice on design or implementation of networks, phone systems, surveillance, biometric systems, self-service kiosks and other office efficiency solutions is provided. These rates are subject to variations depending upon several factors such as type of consultant, type of project and duration of consultancy. Rates are upwards of $125.00 per hour
